Senior Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Ipswich. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office and 2 days at home.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of business partners/management accountants, including setting tasks, conducting 1:1s, and resolving conflicts.
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts for the division, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Perform full balance sheet reconciliations for the division, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Develop and implement efficient month-end timetables and communicate effectively with all relevant parties.
- Manage yearly budget and forecasting cycles, providing insightful commentary for inclusion board papers.
- Prepare variance analysis for operational services and support functions within the division.
- Develop and refine budgets and forecasting processes within Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Collaborate with an in-house developer to create Power BI reporting tools.
- Agree, calculate, and report KPIs for each service within the division.
