Senior Finance Business Partner

Opus People Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Ipswich.
This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in the office and 2 days at home. We are looking for a candidate with an ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of business partners/management accountants across the service division. This will involve managing the full end-to-end month-end processes, including budget and forecasting cycles. This is a key role within the organization, working closely with the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of business partners/management accountants, including setting tasks, conducting 121s, and resolving conflicts within the team.
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts for the division.
- Perform full balance sheet reconciliations for the division.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Manage the month-end timetable and communicate with all relevant parties.
- Manage yearly budget and forecasting cycles.
- Provide commentary for inclusion board papers.
- Review Joint Venture's Board Pack and participate in regular presentations and discussions with partners.
- Prepare variance analysis for operational services and support functions within the division.
