We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, with at least 3 years of experience at Band 5, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the Children's Nursing Team on a shift-by-shift basis, ensuring seamless delivery of care to patients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior staff, promoting their professional development and growth.
