Clinical Team Leader

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in Mulberry Ward, a 16-bed Discharge ward caring for patients with long-standing health issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Sister/Ward Manager in supporting nursing teams throughout the day
  • Contribute to patient care assessments and develop programmes of care

In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working as part of an innovative nursing team. As a leader in training, you will undergo leadership development to enhance your expertise.

Person SpecificationEssential Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse Level 1
  • Recognised teaching/assessing qualification
Experience
  • At least 18 months at Band 5 or equivalent
  • Working with a wide range of professionals
Key Skills
  • Effective communication with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to teach, supervise, and assess staff

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
