We are seeking an exceptional nursing team manager to join our team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Sister/Ward Manager in supporting the nursing teams throughout the 24-hour day. This includes assessing patient care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating programs of care.

Key Requirements
  • At least 18 months' experience at Band 5 or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work as part of an innovative nursing team. The successful candidate will undergo Leadership training and development.
