Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Officer to join our team at one of our leisure centres. As a Duty Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of operational staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the leisure centre, including pool operations, customer service, and facility maintenance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to drive growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for the leisure industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
