Job Title: Laying Farm Manager

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Laying Farm Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of the farm management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the farm, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare, sustainability, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the farm's poultry operations, ensuring optimal conditions for the birds.
  • Oversee and support the Assistant Manager and Farm Assistants in their daily duties.
  • Monitor and control ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting systems to create the best conditions for the birds.
  • Keep accurate records, manage supplies, and handle alarms.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, control costs, and contribute to profit and loss insights.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Good understanding of farming operations and poultry management.
  • Full UK driving license.
