About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and understanding individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our young adults with autism.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting our adults to maintain a healthy sleep and wake pattern
  • Assisting with personal care needs
  • Providing direct support during the night when required

As a Night Support Worker, you will be part of a small team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our service users. If you are self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively in a variety of situations, we encourage you to apply.
