About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and understanding individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our young adults with autism.

As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our adults with their personal care needs, promoting a healthy sleep and wake pattern, and providing direct support during the night when required.

Previous experience is not necessary, as full training is provided. We are looking for staff who are flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of situations.

Essential Skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Be self-motivated and committed to the role
  • Hold a Level 2 Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced/with child/adult barred/Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). iMap Centre is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
