About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our award-winning Customer Service team as a Customer Experience Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues to their satisfaction
  • Become a subject matter expert of our products and services to provide guidance and support to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure fair customer outcomes are met
  • Deal with customer complaints and find resolutions to problems, displaying empathy and professionalism
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving skills to handle difficult situations.
