  • Working closely with contractors to organise appointments and ensure they have all the necessary tools for the job

Requirements:

  • Previous office-based customer service experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload accordingly
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • IT literate and confident managing multiple systems
  • A good team player
