We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Page Personnel. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working alongside a fantastic team handling customer enquiries which come into the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and ensuring excellent customer service
- Working closely with contractors to organise appointments and ensure they have all the necessary tools for the job

Requirements:
- Previous office-based customer service experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload accordingly
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- IT literate and confident managing multiple systems
- A good team player
