We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Equine Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Bryn and Golborne in Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Respond to phone calls and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Welcome clients and their animals, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
  • Process referrals, insurances, and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent personal care to clients in the waiting area, making them feel valued and supported
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of infection control and promoting a safe environment
  • Assist clients in utilizing our preventative health care plans
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

This is a full-time permanent role, working 37 hours per week over 4 days, with 1:4 Saturday mornings involved. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,500 per annum, based on experience.
