Animal Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
This exciting opportunity requires someone who is passionate about animal care and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries
- Greeting and arriving clients and patients
- Processing referrals, insurances, and payments
- Providing exceptional customer service in the waiting area
- Monitoring and contributing to infection control
