Business Development Specialist

Glos is seeking a skilled Business Development Advisor to drive business growth and expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize CRM database and Microsoft Office programs to optimize administrative tasks and improve sales performance.
- Provide regular updates to management on business development initiatives, sales performance, and market insights.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is essential.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet targets.
- 28 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays.
- Monday to Friday role with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays.
- Casual dress code in the office.
