We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and securing new education partnerships, providing solutions to educational establishments, and attending key conferences to generate new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and secure new education partnerships
  • Provide solutions to educational establishments
  • Attend key conferences to generate new opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to the Client Director
  • Support the wider team with managing relationships with key partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of insurance sales gained in a Broker or Insurer environment
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Cert CII (desirable)
