Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced researcher to join our team as an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in Wearable Computing. The successful candidate will contribute to our research and teaching in the area of wearable computing and sensing, machine learning for wearable signals, and on-device computation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in wearable computing and sensing, machine learning for wearable signals, and on-device computation
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in wearable computing and related areas
  • Supervise research at Masters and PhD level
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different subdisciplines in Computer Science and Technology and with other academic disciplines
Requirements
  • PhD in Computer Science or a related field
  • Outstanding research credentials in wearable computing and sensing, machine learning for wearable signals, and on-device computation
  • Strong international track record of publication in top venues
  • Ability to secure research funding to support their research vision and build a world-class team of researchers
