About the Role

Delivering Exceptional Care

As a Bank Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting independence and dignity for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide safe and effective medication management
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will need to have current NMC registration and a good understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
