Registered Nurse (RGN) - Care Home

As a Registered Nurse at a care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met. You will work collaboratively with the care team to create a safe and supportive environment, making critical clinical decisions with your professional judgment.

Main Responsibilities

You will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to excel in this role. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
