About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is essential. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prioritizes person-centered care and is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.
