Registered Nurse (RGN) - Bank - Care Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Providing safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory frameworks and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care and support.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • A good knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
