About the Role
">As a Unit Nurse Manager (General) at our care home, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing services that meet the needs of our residents. You will implement person-centred care plans, build relationships with local regulators and social services, and take charge of planning rotas, recruiting, training, and mentoring staff. Main Responsibilities
">You will plan, manage, and monitor the delivery of nursing services that meet the needs of our residents, including implementing person-centred care plans and building relationships with local regulators and social services. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning rotas, recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to achieve quality care.
Requirements
">To join us as a Unit Nurse Manager (General), you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks. You should also have acted as a clinical mentor, supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
