Healthcare Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unit Nurse Manager (General) to join our team at Oulton Park care home. As a Unit Nurse Manager (General), you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing services that meet the needs of our residents.
You will have the freedom and autonomy to take your unit from strength to strength, with plenty of opportunities for professional development along the way. Your role will involve planning rotas, recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, as well as delivering improvements to achieve quality care.
In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £56,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including NMC registration paid every year, free training and development for all roles, and access to wellbeing and support tools.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration, experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
