We're seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to join our team in London.

This role will be responsible for overseeing all project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

To be successful in this role, you'll need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from definition through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaise with technical resources, ensuring they have necessary information for project requirements.
  • Train and coach team members, monitoring performance and taking corrective action if needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably with BI or CPM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel domestically.
