Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Telecoms Design Lead to join our team at Project People. As a Technical Design Authority, you will be accountable for the design, performance, and lifecycle management of 3G, 4G & 5G SA elements and architectures within the Data Core domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong Packet Core and cloud expertise, capable of swiftly driving a high-impact, time-sensitive program forward. Excellent communication, architectural skills, and vendor management experience are essential for effectively aligning with senior leaders and steering vendor collaboration.

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Domain Specific Knowledge & Experience:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Packet Core, 3G, LTE & 5G SA data networks end-to-end.
  • Good understanding of 3GPP standards, particularly around the EPC core domains.
  • Good understanding of VNF & CNF cloud architectures.
