Job Title: Service Engineer - Catering Equipment Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at CaterCombi Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our rental ovens at various client locations. This role requires frequent travel, offering a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance, servicing, and repairs of ovens at various client locations, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
- Install, configure, and calibrate new Combi Oven Rentals.
- Liaise with office staff to ensure accurate communication with customers.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a field service engineer, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Full UK driving license is required.
