Service Delivery Specialist
As a Service Delivery Specialist for Haier Inc., you will be visiting customers in their homes across Canterbury and the surrounding areas, and fixing any appliance issues to get them up and running again. You will be responsible for managing your time effectively through the day, keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress, and maintaining stock levels in your van on a daily basis.
A full, valid driving licence is required for this role. You will be rewarded with bonus incentives for upselling our products, but what we really need is self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support has been designed to get you ready to deliver brilliant service to our customers.

- Competitive starting salary of £32,650 per annum for those without White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience.
- Higher starting salary of £37,304 per annum for those with a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience.
- Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per annum.
