Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled On-the-Road Engineer to join our team at CaterCombi Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our rental ovens at various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform regular maintenance, servicing, and repairs of ovens at client locations to ensure prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
  2. Install, configure, and calibrate new Combi Oven Rentals to meet customer requirements.
  3. Liaise with office staff to ensure accurate communication with customers.
  4. Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables to ensure efficient operation.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a field service engineer or a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
  3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  4. Good communication and customer service abilities.
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. A valid UK driving license is required.
