We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Photo Studio team at our new "Buzz" Studio in Leighton Buzzard. This role would suit someone with previous experience working in a studio, hospitality sector or similar Front of House/Reception role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host receptions and assist with coordinating studio and location shoots
  • Maintain the studio environment and uphold health and safety standards
  • Handle all elements of customer service, including freelance introductions, food and transport bookings
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand, delivering exceptional service through good communication and engagement with customers
Requirements
  • Experience of a public-facing role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Desire to maintain high standards at all times
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage workload
  • Superior planning, workload management, and organizational capabilities
  • Forward thinking, innovative, and proactive approach to projects
  • Enthusiasm and strong motivational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across several teams
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to work outside of set hours
  • Time management and excellent punctuality
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Experience of retrieving and monitoring visitor feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and spreadsheet managing programs
  • Mac proficiency
