Studio Front of House Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Photo Studio team as a Studio Front of House Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, supporting the studio team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Management: Greet clients and visitors professionally, manage the reception area, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Studio Coordination: Assist with coordinating studio and location shoots, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery of projects.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle freelance introductions, and manage bookings for food, transport, and other services.
  • Studio Environment: Maintain the studio environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and the space is well-maintained.
  • Support to Studio Manager: Assist the Studio Manager with shoots, workload coordination, and other tasks as required.
  • Catering and Hosting: Oversee catering and hosting for talent and visitors, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Procurement and Budgeting: Order props, equipment, and manage studio purchases, assisting with budgeting and finance tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Use Google Suite (Docs/Sheets) efficiently on Mac OS, and adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Communication and Leadership: Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with experience in a public-facing role.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, with a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercially minded, with knowledge of retail fashion and lifestyle trends.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
