We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Support Manager to join our team as a Head of Year. As a key member of staff, you will be responsible for providing behavioural-focused support to students, working closely with the head teacher and other colleagues.

About the Role

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Manchester
Salary: £115 per day
Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies to support students.
  • Work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other school staff to provide a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students with challenging behavioural issues.
