Telesales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth through proactive outbound telesales calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect information in our CRM system.
  • Cultivate and sustain client relationships to generate new business and re-engage past customers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to address customer needs effectively and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to produce quotations and respond swiftly to customer enquiries.
  • Keep detailed records and notes of calls in the CRM system for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a results-oriented and persistent approach.
  • Resilient and patient, with the ability to handle rejection and effectively influence customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective teamworking skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £33,000 - £38,000 (OTE £37-£42K).
