As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our business areas, contributing to the growth of all BRE products and services in alignment with our strategic objectives. Your role will be essential in helping us achieve our ambitious goals for customer retention, acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities, develop existing relationships, and successfully manage and grow account performance.
  • Generate leads, develop relationships leading to new business, working with colleagues across the sales team and BRE.
  • Report on all sales and commercial activity up to Board level utilising BRE's reporting tools, including CRM and other reporting tools as requested.
  • Work closely with BRE's Marketing team, Product Management, and Customer Services teams to refine lead generation and promotional activity, and support customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve stretching pipeline generation, sales revenue, profit contribution, and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working at a senior level, developing successful long-term sales relationships and strategic partnerships is essential.
  • Demonstrable success in consultative phone, email, Teams, and face-to-face based selling.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools / Google shared drives.
  • CRM experience (365, Salesforce etc).
