Job Summary
The Consumer Visual Sales Specialist is a key role within Lenovo, responsible for driving growth and acquiring new business across current and new retail partners in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective relationship strategies with key decision makers and influencers to drive revenue, margin, and market share growth.
- Identify and prioritize Lenovo opportunities, developing lasting agreements and commitments with retail partners.
- Train staff and key customers on sales tools, unique messaging, sales guidance, and market insights to drive sales growth.
- Conduct RTM analyses, review Lenovo in-house shares within all retailers, and create action plans to drive opportunity and growth.
- Manage sell-out activities in conjunction with product management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop brand awareness and online and in-store visibility.
- Work with UKI product management to determine product line-ups, price propositions, and customer-specific offerings.
- Support sales teams for accounts or lead sales efforts where breakthroughs are needed.
- Manage Lenovo's product portfolio and conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of the market.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in the IT industry and sales.
- Self-motivated and proactive mentality.
- Energetic, sales-driven attitude, and a 'must-win' attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consumer environment.
- Commercial understanding of national retailers and e-tailers.
