Job Summary

The Consumer Visual Sales Specialist is a key role within Lenovo, responsible for driving growth and acquiring new business across current and new retail partners in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective relationship strategies with key decision makers and influencers to drive revenue, margin, and market share growth.
  • Identify and prioritize Lenovo opportunities, developing lasting agreements and commitments with retail partners.
  • Train staff and key customers on sales tools, unique messaging, sales guidance, and market insights to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct RTM analyses, review Lenovo in-house shares within all retailers, and create action plans to drive opportunity and growth.
  • Manage sell-out activities in conjunction with product management to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop brand awareness and online and in-store visibility.
  • Work with UKI product management to determine product line-ups, price propositions, and customer-specific offerings.
  • Support sales teams for accounts or lead sales efforts where breakthroughs are needed.
  • Manage Lenovo's product portfolio and conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of the market.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in the IT industry and sales.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mentality.
  • Energetic, sales-driven attitude, and a 'must-win' attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consumer environment.
  • Commercial understanding of national retailers and e-tailers.
