About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget. You will collaborate with developers and contractors to deliver high-quality schemes that meet customer expectations. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues. Our ideal candidate will have great knowledge and experience in the planning system and laws to implement compliant and approved schemes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
