Job Summary

OCC Computer Personnel is seeking an exceptional Senior Business Leader to oversee the overall success of our Organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial, people, operations, and delivery functions, and ensuring business objectives are met or exceeded.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the organisation, ensuring that employees have the skills and opportunities needed for career advancement.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing initiatives that increase employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, including process optimisation, resource management, and risk management. They will also have experience in managing project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
