Medical Secretary Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Secretary to join our team at Livewell Southwest. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial support to our consultants and multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless continuity of patient treatment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective secretarial support to SORT Consultants and MDT
  • Liaise with colleagues, internal departments, and external agencies to ensure efficient workflow
  • Organize workload in an efficient manner, prioritizing tasks and managing stress well
  • Support doctors' work, requiring a flexible approach and excellent organizational skills
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize work
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Competent advanced keyboard skills, including audio typing
Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience
