Job Summary

We are seeking a Graduate Valuer to support and assist our Medical and Hospitality Valuation team with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with on-site surveys, including property inspections and measurements.
  • Carry out technical valuation work across all medical and hospitality sectors.
  • Prepare detailed reports.
  • Work towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation.
Working Relationships and Contacts

The key relationship will be working closely with the Medical Director & Hospitality Director valuations on a daily basis, with the goal of completing Valuation work for a strong client base.

Secondary relationships will be to support the wider medical and hospitality team as needed.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • An RICS Accredited property degree.
  • A full UK Driving License.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Previous experience within Valuation (desirable).
  • Previous experience working within a professional service (desirable).
