About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Graduate Property Valuer to join our Medical and Hospitality Valuation team. As a key member of the team, you will assist with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services, including on-site surveys and technical valuation work.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Carrying out technical valuation work across all medical and hospitality sectors
- Working towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation
**Key Relationships:**
You will work closely with the Medical Director & Hospitality Director valuations on a daily basis, with the key goal of completing Valuation work for a strong client base.
You will also support the wider medical and hospitality team as needed, and be encouraged to attend external client meetings to build your own client/contact base and help generate business for the team.
**Requirements:**
- RICS Accredited property degree
- Full UK Driving License
- Report writing skills
