About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Property Valuer to join our Medical and Hospitality Valuation team. As a key member of the team, you will assist with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services, including on-site surveys and technical valuation work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carrying out technical valuation work across all medical and hospitality sectors
  • Working towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation

**Key Relationships:**

  • Working closely with the Medical Director & Hospitality Director valuations on a daily basis
  • Supporting the wider medical and hospitality team as required
