Job Summary

Christie & Co is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Valuer to join our Medical and Hospitality Valuation team. As a Graduate Valuer, you will assist in the day-to-day management of Valuation Services, working closely with our Medical Director and Hospitality Director to complete valuation work for our strong client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with on-site surveys, including property inspections and measurements
  • Carry out technical valuation work across all medical and hospitality sectors
  • Prepare detailed reports
  • Work towards completing APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation

Working Relationships and Contacts

You will work closely with our Medical Director and Hospitality Director on a daily basis, with the key goal of completing valuation work for our strong client base. You will also support the wider medical and hospitality team as needed, and be encouraged to attend external client meetings to build your own client/contact base and help generate business for the team.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • An RICS Accredited property degree
  • A full UK Driving License
  • Report writing skills
  • Previous experience within Valuation (desirable)
  • Previous experience working within a professional service (desirable)

We are looking for a team player who is driven and energetic, approachable, independent, and able to use initiative. You should be professional with high standards, able to develop strong working relationships, and have strong organisational skills.
