Job Overview
Christie & Co is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Valuer to join our Medical and Hospitality Valuation team. As a Graduate Valuer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with day-to-day management of Valuation Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site surveys, including property inspections and measurements
- Carry out technical valuation work across all medical and hospitality sectors
- Prepare detailed reports
- Work towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation
Working Relationships and Contacts
You will work closely with the Medical Director and Hospitality Director on a daily basis, with the key goal of completing Valuation work for a strong client base. You will also support the wider medical and hospitality team as needed.
Person Specification
- RICS Accredited property degree
- Full UK Driving License
- Report writing skills
- Previous experience within Valuation (desirable)
- Previous experience working within a professional service (desirable)
