About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Redde Northgate plc. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and development programs across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee performance and drive retention.
  • Collaborate with management and HR/L&D teams to drive performance and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective training materials across various disciplines and levels, including soft skills and systems training.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and growth.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans to meet business objectives.
