Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated Specialist Learning Coach for Sixth Form Students to join our team at Strodes.

As a Specialist Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs as they navigate the challenging yet rewarding environment of sixth form education. Your expertise will empower these students to access and excel within the Level 3 curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized learning support plans tailored to the specific requirements of each student.
  • Provide academic guidance and interventions to facilitate student understanding and progress across various subject areas.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages independence, self-advocacy, and skill development.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, tutors, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to student learning.
  • Monitor student progress, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for further development.
