We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team at SpinMe Limited. In this role, you will be the key to delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through our software solutions.

  • Client Relationship Mastery: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Software Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our software capabilities to effectively guide and advise clients on best practices for their photo studio workflows, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software performance, usability, and customization.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our software offerings, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to meet evolving client needs.
  • Support and IT: Provide expert support to clients by managing database changes, deploying system configurations, software installations, and other business challenges as needed, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work closely with the product development, client relationship, and marketing teams to relay client insights and contribute to product development, while managing and leading a team of support specialists to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and exceed client expectations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issues, and prepare regular reports on account status and client satisfaction, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Working knowledge of Apple Mac and Windows Desktop OS, including software installation and starting/stopping services.
  • Proven experience in client support, ideally in a software or technology company.
  • Proficiency in support software such as Zendesk, and MS Office.
