About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Manager to join our Supported Housing Services team at Home Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our team of support workers and coordinators, delivering excellent outcomes for our customers and promoting our brand in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of support workers and coordinators to deliver high-quality housing support services to our customers.
- Coach and develop your team to achieve excellent outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.
- Oversee the health and safety checks and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Promote the service and brand to referring agencies and self-referring customers.
- Ensure the quality of the service is evidenced by KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys.
