The Stephen Longfellow Academy is looking for an exceptional individual to join their team as a Whole School Administrative Assistant.
Job Summary:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of administrative skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the whole school community, including managing emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both paper-based and digital.
The GORSE Academies Trust offers a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum. In addition to this, you will receive a generous benefits package, including a local government pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, career development opportunities, discounts, and a £2k Cycle to Work scheme.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need GCSE grade C/4 and above in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
