Receptionist Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Receptionist on a temporary basis for Austin Fraser in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will possess a flexible attitude, ensuring a fully functional reception area is maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Call Handling and Administration: Efficiently manage incoming calls, prepare meeting rooms, create a welcoming atmosphere, book meeting rooms, and maintain the meeting room diary.
  • Reception and Customer Service: Provide professional support to clients and colleagues, managing post, performing bank runs, and handling maintenance queries.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot photocopiers and electronic ID checks, ensuring seamless office operations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • A friendly and professional character
  • Previous experience in managing a reception area
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
