About the Role
Aspire Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Healthcare Practice Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a temporary-to-permanent role, with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and responding to queries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Scheduling and Communication: They will also effectively schedule appointments and communicate with patients and clinicians while maintaining confidentiality.
- Administrative Tasks: The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to complete administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications used in a healthcare setting.
Work Schedule
The afternoon surgery shift is from 13:15-20:00 on Mondays, 13:15-18:30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. There is no regular weekend or bank holiday work, but you may be required to work some overtime to cover annual leave or sickness.
Compensation and Benefits
