Job Description

The Practice Administration Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of our practice, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain patient records and appointment schedules
  2. Process patient requests and queries
  3. Manage phone calls and correspondence
  4. Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • GCSE Mathematics & English (C or above)
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
