Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team at AAF International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the Rockies region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales objectives
  • Manage a team of external sales representatives and direct sales activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Desired experience in technical sales or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
